  How to Order...
 
  1) Use the secure shopping cart on this site - it's secure, quick, and easy!
2) Call us from 10am-8pm EST every day at (231) 539-8359 or toll-free (877) 239-9064
**We are not always available to answer the phone, but we check messages frequently!
3) Fax us anytime at : (231) 539-7374 - be sure to include your shipping & billing addresses and credit card #
4) Pay by check - Make up your order with the shopping cart, print out the final page and send the total amount along with a copy of your order.  If you're ordering one-of-a kind or in-stock items, please be sure to transmit your order through the shopping cart - we will reserve your items for a maximum of seven days while your payment is being sent.
 
     
  Payment Types...  
  We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard and Paypal (use this for American Express and Discover) through our secure shopping cart.  See the directions above if you'd like to pay with a check. 
 
     
  Shipping Rate & Carriers...
 
  We charge a flat fee of $7.95 to ship any size order (this does not apply to wholesale accounts) to one address in the USA via insured FedEx Ground or US Mail (our choice).  Rush shipping is available by request - please call us for a quote.  Also, please contact us for a shipping quote if you'd like your order delivered outside the USA.

Please note that for international orders or returns, the buyer is responsible for any duty, taxes or other charges that may apply to their location.  We make exact declarations on all customs forms.
 
     
  Shipping Lead Time...
 
  Lead time can vary considerably depending on what you're ordering.  Almost every item we carry is made to order, although we do try to keep a few styles made ahead for quick shipment (quick availability will be noted in item descriptions).  If you need something quickly, the best thing to do is call to see what's in stock for immediate shipment.  In stock items typically ship in 1-3 business days.  Lead time for our items are as follows :

*One-of-a-kind Jewelry : 1-3 business days
*Inspirational Etched Sterling Silver Jewelry : 2-4 weeks (very labor intensive)
*Organics Inspirational Sterling Silver Jewelry : 3-10 days
*Petoskey Stone & Beach Glass Jewelry : 1-3 weeks
*Beaded Jewelry : 3-10 days
*Custom Jewelry : 2-4 weeks
*Specials : 1-3 business days
*Accessories : 1-3 business days

**These are average ship times and can be longer or shorter depending on the season.  If you need something by a certain date, please let us know and we'll do our best to meet your deadline!

Please note that your credit card will be charged when your order goes into our production schedule, which is usually a day or two after you place your order.   If you pay with Paypal, you will be billed when your order is placed.
 
     
   Return Policy...
 
  We want you to be able to feel our jewelry, try it on, and look at it in person!  So, we offer a 30 day money-back/exchange guarantee, no questions asked.  To qualify for this policy, we must receive your purchase back at the studio no more than 30 days after the day we sent it to you.  Your return must be in absolutely new condition, in the original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied with a copy of your receipt so we can credit you properly.  Please insure your return and send it in sturdy packaging - we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.  If your purchase was made during a "free shipping" promotion, standard shipping charges will be applied to full or partial returns.  Please allow 1-3 weeks to process your return. 

Please note
that jewelry with custom inscriptions or other custom jewelry may not be returned or exchanged. Also, jewelry purchased through one of our retailers may NOT be returned to us - please deal directly with the store/catalog where you purchased the piece.
 
     
  Warranty & Guarantee...  
  Every piece of jewelry we carry comes with a one-year guarantee against defects in materials and/or workmanship.  However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or neglect (ie : catching a bracelet on something that pulls it apart).  Save your receipt and please give us a call if you have a problem with anything you purchased from us - your complete satisfaction is our goal!

Please note that if your jewelry piece was purchased from one of our retailers (not directly from us), you must contact your retailer directly for warranty returns.
 
     
   Gifts & Giftwrapping....
 
  If the item you're purchasing is a gift, we're happy to giftwrap it for you at no charge!  Just select  "absolutely!" for the  "Would you like free giftwrapping" question under the billing information you enter in the cart.  If you'd like it sent directly to the recipient, enter their name and address in the Shipping Address area.  The receipt will be sent to you and the gift will be sent directly to them.  If you'd like a message enclosed, please leave that in the "Comments" section. 

If you're purchasing more than one gift and would like them shipped separately, you can enter each order separately in the cart or just call your order in to us and we'll take care of you over the phone.
 
     
  Repairs & Resizing...  
  To return an item for repair or resizing, please call us first to discuss options and cost.   
     
  Privacy Policy...
 
  It's pretty simple, really...we will never share or sell your personal information with anyone!  And the only e-mail you'll get from us will be related to your order, unless you sign up for our newsletter....and we don't over e-mail.
